From August 2020 through January 2024 SALT Outreach has been involved in helping to End Homelessness for 1,560 different people. (Either Diverted or Into Another Long Term Housing Solution)
There is a direct correlation between frequency of visits with SALT Outreach and percentage of people who are moved into housing. The more frequently someone visits SALT Outreach the more likely they were moved into housing.
